A squirrel is chillin' in a tree when a cow climbs up and sits next to him. "Whatcha doin' here?" asks the squirrel. "I'm here to eat some apples." "But this is a pine tree!" "I know. I brought my own apples."
Strangely..I loved this. Maybe because it seems to be trying so hard to be a joke. :-)

You don't hear old-school jokes like these too often these days. Or at least I don't. It's all PJs or black humour or postmodern jokes doing the rounds these days, it seems.
I like this joke coz it works out a fuuny image in mind ...a cow climbing p a tree etc etc,..........

I love the joke too...it's sweet :) Less a joke and more of a throwback to tales of talking animals dressed in waistcoats and such like.
